    This paper aims to discuss and address the importance of the discipline of Philosophy in basic education in Brazil, denouncing the lack of rigidity that configures its effective practice in educational institutions, given the attacks in the context of Brazilian politics, correlating with the current management of the president Jair Messias Bolsonaro through his efforts to quietly eliminate education. Considering that it is interesting to analyze how ideological power provides ammunition for the precariousness of education. In addition, we will also address directly and urgently the problematization of the new reform of the Common Curricular Basis that draws from the common basis for teaching in the country, Philosophy in the process of educational formation, as well as testifying in favor of the importance that philosophical knowledge has for the human formation of active subjects, capable of exercising free and critical argumentative thinking, underlining the awareness of the education in Brazil of a society that suffers from the impoverishment of reason, given the demoralization of primary and higher education institutions.

    O presente trabalho tem por objetivo discutir e abordar a importância da disciplina de Filosofia no ensino básico do Brasil, denunciando a falta de rigidez que configure sua prática efetiva nas instituições de ensino, face aos ataques no contexto da política brasileira, correlacionando com a atual gestão do novo presidente Jair Messias Bolsonaro através das investidas em suprimir silenciosamente a área da educação. Haja vista que é interessante analisar como o poderio ideológico dá munição para a precarização do ensino. No mais, abordaremos também diretamente e com urgência a problematização da nova reforma da Base Curricular Comum que tira da base comum para o ensino no país a Filosofia no processo de formação educacional, bem como testemunhar a favor da importância que o saber filosófico tem para a formação humana de sujeitos ativos, capazes de exercitar o pensamento livre e crítico argumentativo, fundamentando a tomada de consciência para a educação no Brasil de uma sociedade que padece do empobrecimento da razão, frente a desmoralização das instituições de ensino básico e superior.
