The change in mass culture for the Cultural Industry brought many transformations in the subjective aspects and the Formation (Bildung) in late capitalism. The present article tries to problematize the relation of these changes and the education within the perspective of the Critical Theory. A mudança na cultura de massa para a Indústria Cultural trouxe muitas transformações nos aspectos subjetivos e a Formação (Bildung) no capitalismo tardio. O presente artigo procura problematizar a relação dessas mudanças e a educação dentro da perspectiva da Teoria Crítica. Nesse sentido, a Indústria Cultural passou a organizar uma cultura fragmentada que vem cada dia mais influenciando a educação.
