    Al igual que los números precedentes de ésta colección de Estudios e Informes, es para mí también una gran satisfacción y un honor, presentar este número 6 de la misma; máxime cuando se trata de divulgar un texto clásico, pero a la vez moderno, que nos aporta en mi opinión una serie de reflexiones de gran actualidad y utilidad.
