    El objeto del presente trabajo es el estudio de las herramientas de alerta temprana reguladas en la Directiva 2019/1023 y su transposición en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico. A tal efecto, se analizará; en primer lugar, la regulación las herramientas de alerta temprana en la directiva comunitaria; en segundo lugar, el sistema de alertas tempranas italiano, toda vez que es muy probable que termine influyendo, al menos en parte, en nuestra normativa concursal, y; por último, la futura transposición de las herramientas de alerta temprana en el ordenamiento jurídico español y el papel fundamental de la administración pública en dicho cometido.

    The aim of this paper is the study of the early warning tools regulated in the Directive 2019/1023 and their transposition in our legal system. To this end, it will be analyzed; in the first place, the regulation of early warning tools in the directive; secondly, the Italian early warning system, since it is very likely that it will end up influencing, at least in part, our bankruptcy law, and; finally, the future transposition of early warning tools in the spanish legal system and the fundamental role of the public administration in this matter.
