    En esta conferencia, realizada en el Centro de Estudios Públicos, el autor desarrolla la idea de por qué Chile enfrenta un nuevo ciclo político, que nace del propio desarrollo alcanzado y de los desafíos que éste le ha puesto al país por delante, los que demandarían el ímpetu reformador que orienta al actual Gobierno.

    At this conference, held at Centro de Estudios Publicos, the author discusses the idea of why Chile is facing a new political cycle born from the stage of development that it has attained and from the challenges that development presents for the country in the days ahead, which would require the reformative momentum now guiding the present Administration.
