    La teoría psicoanalítica en síntesis con la criminología clínica, constituyen un referente indispensable para la comprensión de la función paterna, la transmisión de la ley y las conductas antisociales en niños, así como su prevención.

    Así pues, con la relectura de los textos psicoanalíticos y bajo la mirada de lo que acontece a los niños en conflicto con la ley, en los cuales prevalece una ausencia real o funcional del padre, ha sido posible revalorar la participación del padre en este complejo, su injerencia en el desarrollo psicológico y social de niño, la estructuración de su personalidad, la introyección de la ley en el inconsciente, también su importante función en el control de impulsos, lo que lleva al niño a un adecuado autocontrol y a la capacidad para sentir empatía por los otros, a la capacidad para experimentar culpa y el desarrollo de un sentido moral.

    Psychoanalytic theory in synthesis with clinical criminology, constitute an indispensable reference for the understanding of the paternal function, the transmission of the law and antisocial behaviors in children and their prevention. Thus, with the rereading of psychoanalytic texts and under the gaze of what happens to children in conflict with the law, in which a real or functional absence of the father prevails, it has been possible to reassess the father's participation in this complex, its interference in the psychological and social development of the child, the structuring of its personality, the introjection of the law into the unconscious, also its important function in impulse control, which leads the child to adequate self-control and the ability to feel empathy for others, the ability to experience guilt and the development of a moral sense
