Resumen de Estudi de la fauna mirmecològica (Hymenoptera: Formicidae) del Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l’Empordà

  The ant fauna of the Natural Park of the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà was studied with various methodologies. Three samplings have been carried out: the first one during the first fortnight of September 2008 with 200 pitfalls opened one week and sight hunting for an hour in fifteen areas of the Cortalet, the second one was on July 21, 2014 with 400 eppendorf with baits distributed in linear transects of 100 eppendorfs in four enclosures within the route of the Cortalet of the CBMS, and the last one during the months of September and October 2019 by sight hunting on the right and left banks of the Fluvià river and the lakes of Vilaüt. A total of 40 species were found grouped into 19 genera. The riparian forest is the vegetation type with the highest number of ant species. It is worth to note the presence of Tapinoma pygmaeum (Dufour, 1857) in riparian forest and meadows, and Chalepoxenus muellerianus (Finzi, 1922), also in a riparian forest, and unusually parasitizing an arboreal species, Temnothorax aveli (Bondroit, 1918)

  S’ha estudiat la fauna mirmecològica del Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l’Empordà. S’han realitzat tres mostrejos: el primer durant la primera quinzena de setembre de 2008 amb 200 trampes de caiguda obertes una setmana i amb caça a vista durant una hora a quinze zones del Cortalet, el segon fou el 21 juliol de 2014 amb 400 esquers repartits en grups de 100 eppendorfs actius durant mitja hora, en quatre closes dins l’itinerari del Cortalet del CBMS, i un tercer durant els mesos de setembre i octubre de 2019 mitjançant caça a vista als marges dret i esquerre del riu Fluvià i als estanys de Vilaüt. Es varen trobar un total de 40 espècies agrupades en 19 gèneres. El bosc de ribera és el tipus de vegetació més ric en espècies. Cal destacar la presència de Tapinoma pygmaeum (Dufour, 1857) en bosc de ribera i prats, i de Chalepoxenus muellerianus (Finzi, 1922), també en bosc de ribera, i parasitant, insòlitament, una espècie arborícola, Temnothorax aveli (Bondroit, 1918)
