    El presente artículo pretende realizar un análisis y estudio de la Ley Orgánica de Mejora de la Calidad Educativa al trasluz de la Ley Orgánica de Educación, desde un punto de vista técnico, que nos permita conocer el alcance de la norma en algunos aspectos destacados de la misma. Para ello se expondrán tanto los aspectos positivos como negativos, que a juicio de quien escribe el artículo tiene la Ley. Por tanto y salvaguardando la inevitable subjetividad del autor, se intentarán justificar todas la consideraciones que se hacen, en la medida de buscar el mayor rigor y objetividad en el análisis de la norma.

    This article aims to analyse and study the Quality Education Improvement Organic Law, in the light of the Education Organic Law, from a technical point of view, that allows us to know the extent of some major aspects of this Law.

    To that end, both the positive and the negative aspects in the Law, at the discretion of the writer of this article, will be presented.Thus, safeguarding the inevitable author’s subjectivity, an effort will be made to justify all the considerations described, just to seek the utmost accuracy and objectivity in the analysis of the Law.
