In an attempt to verify and uncover the traces of Marius Schneider in Zambrano, our work is organized in three parts: a synopsis of the fundamental ideas of the musicologist, an examination of his relationship with the problem of “knowledge of the soul”, and, finally, a review of Schneider’s contributions to the Zambranian methodological proposal.

Nuestro trabajo intenta verificar y relevar las huellas de Marius Schneider en Zambrano. Está organizado en tres episodios: una sinopsis de las ideas fundamentales del musicólogo, un examen de sus relaciones con el problema del «saber sobre el alma» y, finalmente, una revisión de los aportes de Schneider a la propuesta metodológica zambraniana.
