    Este trabajo analiza los diversos obstáculos pedagógicos e investigativos que presentan muchos docentes en sus prácticas. Si hablamos de la enseñanza el principal obstáculo esta en la ruptura entre teoría y práctica, y si hablamos de investigación aparecen tres que son: el formalismo académico, el practicismo académico, la influencia de los manuales de investigación que se ofrecen como recetas metodológicas sin tener en cuenta las tendencias epistemológicas en investigación.

    This article analyzes the variety of pedagogic and research obstacles that many teachers present in their practices. If we talk about teaching, the main obstacle lies in the rupture between theory and practice, and if we talk about research, there are three that are: academic formalism, academic practice, the influence of research manuals that are offered as methodological recipes without having Consider the epistemological trends in research.
