    Se ha recopilado y clasificado las diferentes sentencias de la Audiencia Nacional que, en materia de educación, se han resuelto durante el año 2016. La clasificación obedece a las diferentes tipologías propias de la sentencia en cuyo título se indica, ordenados por orden alfabético. Al igual, las diferentes sentencias se clasifican según fecha de resolución inversa, incluyendo el tipo de orden en el que se enmarca y un resumen del acto.

    The different judgments of the National Court that, regarding education, have been resolved during 2016 have been compiled and classified. The classification follows the different typologies of the judgment in whose title it is indicated, arranged in alphabetical order. Likewise, the different sentences are classified according to the date of inverse resolution, including the type of order in which it is framed and a summary of the act.
