    Con la reciente publicación de la Sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de las Comunidades Europeas en el caso Google v. Agencia Española de Protección de Datos han surgido numerosos análisis que, más allá de los puramente tendenciosos, plantean cuestiones jurídicamente novedosas e interesantes que en este artículo tratan de ser recapituladas. ¿Es verdaderamente un pronunciamiento contra los intereses del buscador y con el derecho a la privacidad en el centro del debate? El autor trata aquí de exponer una vía complementaria a lo ya comentado hasta ahora.

    The recent publication of the judgment issued by the Court of Justice of the European Communities in the case of Google vs. the Spanish Data Protection Agency, has given place to lots of analysis, which, not considering biased ones, pose original and interesting legal questions we will try to sum up in this article. Is it really issuing a statement against the search-engine while putting the issue of the right to privacy at the center of the debate? In this paper the author exposes complementary arguments to the ones outlined so far.
