La concurrencia de dos Direcciones Generales distintas para resolver los recursos contra la calificación registral se está convirtiendo en un problema en la práctica por la poca colaboración entre las dos Administraciones afectadas y el comportamiento de algunos registradores que remiten el expediente de recurso a una Administración distinta de aquella ante la que ha optado el interesado por iniciar el recurso.

In practice, the concurrence of two different General Directorates charged with the resolution of appeals against registrars’ pre-qualifications is becoming a problem. This is due to the lack of collaboration between the Administrations involved and the behaviour of some registrars, who do not send the appeal file to the administration chosen by the interested party to present the appeal.
