    Pensar en riesgo e incertidumbres genera complejidad dada las circunstancias pasadas y futuras que mueven a la sociedad global, donde el riesgo puede ser identificable, medible pero no controlable, las normas internacionales de información financiera piden medición y control de los riesgos, este documento intenta acercar a la profesión contable a las principales nocioes de riesgos y las exigencias que la misma sociedad pide. En la primera parte se hace un acercamiento al la capacidad de pensar y mover a las comunidades a partir de las decisiones, de índole individual y global institucional; para posterioarmente acercarse a la incidencia que pueden tener los reisgos en las dieferentes áreas del conocimiento para finalmente mostrar la necesidad de ampliar los conocimientos del todos los profesionales hacia la visión y control de riesgos internos y externos a las organizaciones.

In the first part, we approach the ability to think and move communities based on decisions, individual and global institutional, To later approach the incidence that can have the reisgos in the different areas of knowledge to finally show the need to expand the knowledge of all professionals towards the vision and control of internal and external risks to organizations.
