  Varios investigadores en medicina, sociología y psicología han pretendido resolver el siguiente interrogante: ¿Cuál es la calidad de vida sexual en pacientes con diagnóstico de cáncer de mama y/o cáncer de cuello uterino? No existe una única respuesta, pero sí el consenso de que estas enfermedades producen profundas huellas de índole psicológico, físico y sexual en la mujer y en su pareja, por lo que esta situación constituye, sin duda, uno de los mayores desafíos en el manejo integral de las pacientes.

  Several researchers in Medicine, Sociology and Psychology have tried to solve the following question: What is the quality of sexual life in patients diagnosed with breast cancer and / or cervical cancer? There is no single answer, but there is a consensus that these diseases produce deep traces of a psychological, physical and sexual nature in the woman and in her partner, so this situation constitutes, without a doubt, one of the greatest challenges in managing comprehensive of patients.
