    El problema investigativo se centra en la prevención y en las estrategias de intervención para el desarrollo de la capacidad del sujeto de evaluar y tomar decisión, como dimensiones del desarrollo autónomo para comportamientos saludables. El objetivo es diseñar estrategias de intervención que permitan el desarrollo de las capacidades mencionadas de la autonomía. Las teorías que soportan la investigación son la psicología cognitiva de Howard Gardner, David Ausubel y Jerónimo Bruner y la teoría de la Gestalt que se articulan y convergen para comprender el desarrollo de capacidad para el autocuidado, la estima y el amor propio; el autorreconocimiento, evaluación y la toma de decisiones para comportamientos saludables.

    The problem in this research focuses on the pre-vention and on the intervention strategies to de-velop people ́s assessment and decision making capacity as self development dimensions to ac-quire healthy behaviors.Actually, the target of this research is to design in-tervention strategies that can make possible the development of the above mentioned dimensions of autonomy. For this design, the cognitive psy-chology of Howard Gardner, David Ausubel and Jerome Bruner and the Gestalt ́s theory were taken as the basis for this research. Those theoretical po-sitions join and converge in order to understand the self care capacity, the esteem the own love, the self recognition, the assessment and the decision making for healthy behaviors.
