Resumen de El Estado Mexicano frente al Acuerdo de Escazú

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo establecer las obligaciones estatales del Estado Mexicano frente al Acuerdo de Escazú, tratado regional concerniente al medio ambiente y acceso a la información. Por lo que, enunciando el marco constitucional sobre la protección, respeto y garantía de los derechos humanos se parte hacía un análisis jurisprudencial sobre el derecho humano al medio ambiente, concatenado al control de convencionalidad, es posible advertir el avance sobre la protección y garantía, misma que se ciñe a la importancia de la ratificación del Acuerdo en mención.

The present article, to establish the obligations of the Mexican State against the Escazú Agree-ment, a regional treaty relevant to the environment and access to information. So, stating the constitutional framework on the protection, respect and guarantee of human rights, a jurisprudential analysis was made on the human right to the environment, concatenated to the control of conventionality, it is possible to announce the progress on protection and guarantee, Same as the importance of the ratification of the Agreement in question.
