El aumento del interés alrededor del mercado de las criptomonedas y de la tecnología de cadena de bloques ha supuesto la irrupción de los contratos inteligentes. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo el análisis jurídico de este tipo de contratos desde el marco jurídico español al fin de observar las cuestiones que plantea su existencia, las oportunidades que otorga y los problemas que pueden derivar de su existencia.

The increase in interest around the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology has led to the irruption of smart contracts. The goal of this paper is the legal analysis of this type of contracts from the Spanish legal framework in order to observe the issues raised by its existence, the opportunities it provides and the problems that may arise from its existence.
