    Se cierra el año 2020, un ejercicio lleno de baches inesperados que, sin embargo, ha facilitado la colaboración entre actores y ha agilizado la incorporación de nuevas tecnologías y la automatización, entre otros cambios acelerados por el Covid-19. Pese a ello, los activos inmologísticos españoles se revalorizan, se desata la inversión en intralogística y se reactiva el empleo gracias al ecommerce. De cara al 2021, muchos proyectos en 'stand by' por la incertidumbre se reactivarán.

    2020 is coming to an end, a year full of unexpected twists and turns but which also facilitated partnerships and paved the way for the incorporation of new technologies and automation. Despite this, Spanish logistics property assets were revalued, investment in intralogistics skyrocketed and employment was reactivated thanks to e-commerce. Looking ahead to 2021, many projects on standby due to uncertainty will be reactivated.
