    Pretendemos en este trabajo realizar un breve y sintético análisis de las vicisitudes que durante los sucesivos Gobiernos de la República española entre 1931 y 1936 dieron lugar a una ostensible perdida del control gubernamental del Orden Público, entendemos que causa de una deficiente implementación del Organigrama Policial que no consiguió la pacificación y mantenimiento de la paz publica, comparándolo con el Ordenamiento Jurídico y organización de seguridad policial en el momento actual.

    In this work we intend to carry out a brief and synthetic analysis of the vicissitudes that during the successive Governments of the Spanish Republic between 1931 and 1936 gave rise to an ostensible loss of governmental control of Public Order, we understand that it is the cause of a deficient implementation of the Organization Chart Police who did not achieve pacification and maintenance of public peace, comparing it with the Legal System and police security organization at the present time.
