  • The decision 62/2020 of the Constitutional Court deals with several matters, which are strictly connected: the budget balance, which must be respected by the State and by the Regions; the essential levels, which must be guaranteed especially with regard to the right to health; the organization of the public health service, which is characterized by a relevant role of the Regions. The Court ruling provides useful reflections about the necessity of having a health system capable to give appropriate answers to the fundamental right of the citizens.
