Resumen de El Neuroliderazgo y su importancia en la gestion organizacional

  A lo largo del tiempo, las teorías sobre el concepto de liderazgo afirmaban que se trataba de una capacidad innata de las personas, es decir, que se nacía siendo líder. Sin embargo, estas investigaciones han ido evolucionando con el tiempo y, en la actualidad, ratifican que el líder no nace, sino que se hace. De ahí la importancia de considerar que todo líder comienza su liderazgo, cuando se conoce así mismo e identifica sus talentos, conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes y los logra potencializar en su desarrollo personal y profesional. Aquel líder que se conoce a sí mismo genera confianza y empatía a su grupo de seguidores y a su propia organización. El Neuroliderazgo es considerado una herramienta que busca entender los procesos de funcionamiento del cerebro en su sentido más amplio y con ello optimizar la labor de dirección de negocios e influir positivamente en el entorno en el que se opera desde el rol de líder empresarial. Al respeto Néstor Braidot (2019) dice: “Los verdaderos líderes son quienes tienen el cerebro preparado para decidir sobre la marcha, en el momento. Ya no hay tiempo para imaginar escenarios porque la velocidad con que cambian las circunstancias no lo permite”.

  Over time, theories about the concept of leadership claimed that it was an innate capacity of people, that is, that they were born as leaders. However, these investigations have evolved over time and, nowadays, they confirm that a leader does not born, the leader is done. Hence the importance of considering that every leader begins their leadership, when she/he knows themself and identify their talents, knowledge, skills and attitudes and empowers them in his personal and professional development. The leader who knows personally generates confidence and empathy for a group of followers and their own organization. Neuro-leadership is considered a tool that seeks to understand the processes of functioning of the brain in its broadest sense and thereby optimize the work of business management and positively influence the environment in which it operates from the role of business leader. As Nestor Braidot (2019) said: "The true leaders are those who have the brain ready to decide on the spot, on the spot. There is no time to imagine scenarios because the speed with which circumstances change does not allow it".
