  • The essay is focused on the proposals Region Lombardia approved in order to give a contribution to the decision concerning the European financial programme. With the Documento di indirizzo strategico per la politica di coesione 2021-2027 of July 2019 the purpose is to define the priorities of intervention of the cohesion policy. Particular attention is given to the methodology: the approach is based on the technology of Artificial Intelligence, which represents a significant innovation. The value of the Document is the dialogue it aims at establishing with the European institutions, in order to create a relationship between the regional and European objectives.
