Resumen de Cerro Mojón. Un poblado al aire libre del V-IV mil. A.C, junto al río Jandulilla

  Se describe el descubrimiento casual de Cerro Mojón, un asentamiento neolítico al aire libre que presenta fase inicial de la Edad del Cobre. Se trata de un conjunto de hallazgos materiales que permiten definir un pequeño poblado sobre la ribera oriental del río Jandulilla, en Jódar (Jaén). La roturación y ahoyado del terreno para la implantación de un nuevo olivar provocó el afloramiento de materiales en superficie que han permitido la identificación cronológica del sitio. De este modo, el presente artículo describe algunos de los artefactos hallados en superficie del propio asentamiento, situándolo en el contexto de la distribución del poblamiento prehistórico de la comarca.

  The present paper describe the Neolithic and first Cooper Ager settlement discover at Jódar (Jaén). This settlement is located on a small plateau on the east bank of the Jandulilla River, southern Guadalquivir valley. The planting of a new olive grove caused the appearance of artifacts that allowed us to identify the chronology of archaeological site. By this, the present paper describes the recognizable surface features of the settlement and its artifacts, placing it in the context of the distribution of the prehistoric settlement of the region.
