    El cuerpo se considera la primera escala para reflexionar en torno a la producción de espacios libres de violencia, por esta razón, se plantea el aborto como un tema que atraviesa a esta primera escala, y que se relaciona con retos para las instituciones del Estado (para legislar, atender, registrar y en torno al acceso a la justicia), en miras a garantizar la posibilidad de las mujeres a decidir sobre su propio cuerpo. El objetivo del artículo sitúa al aborto como un tema que representa pendientes para el Estado mexicano, no sólo en cuanto a su regulación, sino en cuanto a la respuesta de las instituciones para atender, registrar, diagnosticar, así como procurar e impartir justicia.

    The body is considered the first scale to reflect on the production of spaces free of violence, for this reason, abortion is considered as an issue that crosses this first scale, the body, and that is related to challenges to State institutions (to legislate, attend, register and around access to justice), in order to guarantee the possibility of women to decide on their own body. The objective of the article prior to abortion as an issue that represents pending for the Mexican State, not only in terms of its regulation, but also in terms of the response of the institutions to attend, register, diagnose, as well as seek and administer justice.
