  Las herramientas que han surgido gracias a la rápida evolución de los dispositivos móviles, nos brindan nuevas oportunidades en el campo educativo. En el presente artículo se analizó la interacción entre los miembros de dos grupos de estudiantes de cursos de educación continua en línea en la aplicación WhatsApp. El estudio realizado fue de alcance descriptivo, se utilizaron entrevistas, encuestas y los registros de las conversaciones en cada grupo. Los resultados obtenidos en el análisis de la interacción, indican que la gran mayoría aprueba el uso de los grupos como un importante recurso para el fomento del aprendizaje colaborativo

  The tools that have emerged thanks to the rapid evolution of mobile devices, give us new opportunities in the field of education. In the present article, was analyzed the interaction between the members of two groups of students online on continuing education courses in the WhatsApp application. The study was descriptive research in its scope; interviews, surveys and conversation registered were used in each group. The results obtained in the analysis of the interaction indicate that the vast majority approves the use of groups as an important resource for the promotion of collaborative learning.
