    El artículo versa sobre el papel desempeñado por las mujeres en los campos de batalla y la vida política que vivió Grecia según su historia. El método de investigación utilizado ha sido el método de la sincronicidad y la diacronicidad, y un análisis comparativo de Telesila, Artemisia l y Araquidamia como guerreras. Los resultados de la investigación nos permiten percibir que las mujeres participaron activamente en las guerras. Las más carismáticas y notables se convirtieron en veneradas por la sociedad como defensores de la patria, obteniendo así un profundo respeto

    The article identifies the role of the women in the battles and political life of Greece on the basis of surviving historical narratives. Research methodology includes the method of synchronicity and diachronicity, a comparative analysis of Telesilla, Artemisia I and Arachidamia as warriors. Results of the research allow us to say that women took part in war quite often. Among them were the most remarkable ones who became deeply respected defenders of their motherland. Among their qualities was charisma, social background and education. Some of those women were deeply respected after their death
