    La bioética en el contexto de la gerencia universitaria constituye una nueva forma para comprender los sistemas organizacionales orientados a generar nuevos conocimientos y formar profesionales integrales capaces de establecer relaciones armónicas con la naturaleza.

    El propósito de la presente investigación es describir la bioética como una nueva forma de gerenciar las universidades. La investigación está inserta en el paradigma interpretativo, bajo un enfoque cualitativo y el método fenomenológico como lógica de acción. La fundamentación teórica de la bioética se centra en el pensamiento de Maldonado (1999), García (2010), entre otros y en Arnoletto (2014) a nivel de la gerencia. Los resultados indican que la bioética en la gerencia universitaria es una actividad directiva cimentada en el respeto a la condición humana, bajo un marco de valores; es hacer el trabajo de la mejor manera, con actitud crítica y reconociendo el esfuerzo para alcanzar los propósitos de la organización.

    Finalmente, se concluye que la bioética gerencial es ciencia y arte representada en valores que se cimientan en la esencia humana y en espacios de acción direccionados a la búsqueda de la calidad de vida de los actores sociales de la organización, favoreciendo la integración del individuo con el ambiente y su subsistencia, ayudando a la preservación del ambiente organizacional, familiar y social; esta esencia bioética se traduce en equilibrio armónico y perfecto de cuerpo, mente y espíritu. Una gerencia bioética en el contexto universitario, cuya acción implica conjugar teoría y práctica haciendo uso del conocimiento en la praxis diaria, así como también, responder a las exigencias de un ambiente incierto y cargado de emergencias

    Bioethics in the context of university management is a new way to understand organizational systems aimed at generating new knowledge and training integral professionals capable of establishing harmonious relationships with nature. The purpose of this research is to describe bioethics as a new way of managing universities. Research is inserted in the interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative approach and the phenomenological method as a logic of action.

    The theoretical foundation of bioethics focuses on the thinking of Maldonado (1999), García (2010), among others and on Arnoletto (2014) at the management level. The results indicate that bioethics in university management is a managerial activity based on respect for the human condition, under a framework of values; is to do the job in the best way, with a critical attitude and recognizing the effort to achieve the purposes of the organization. Finally, it is concluded that managerial bioethics is science and art represented in values that are based on human essence and in spaces of action aimed at the search for the quality of life of the social actors of the organization, favoring the integration of the individual with the environment and its subsistence, helping to preserve the organizational, family and social environment; This bioethical essence translates into a harmonious and perfect balance of body, mind and spirit.
