Equidad de género y publicación en revistas indizadas entre investigadores nacionales nivel III de ciencias sociales

    El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la equidad de género en la publicación de artículos en revistas indizadas en SCOPUS, JCR y CONACYT, considerando a los investigadores miembros del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI) de CONACYT nivel III del área V Ciencias Sociales, el método de investigación consistió en analizar los artículos publicados de 334 miembros del SNI de 2000 a 2015, utilizando la Teoría de Redes Complejas, a través de tres variables de centralidad grado nodal, intermediación y cercanía. Los resultados del análisis de las variables de centralidad permitieron identificar a las principales revistas en donde publican los investigadores, siendo estas las revistas de la UNAM, COLMEX y UAEM. Por otra parte, se comprobó que la participación de las mujeres en el SNI nivel III del área V solo representa el 25%. Se puede concluir que la mayor parte de los investigadores publican en revistas editadas en sus centros de adscripción, las cuales no se encuentran dentro de los índices de revistas de alto impacto.

    The objective of the research was to analyze gender equity in the publication of articles in journals indexed in SCOPUS, JCR and CONACYT, considering the researchers members of the National System of Researchers (SNI) of CONACYT level III of the area V Social Sciences, the research method consisted of analyzing the published articles of 334 members of the SNI from 2000 to 2015, using the Complex Networks Theory, through three variables of centrality: node degree, betweenness centrality and closeness centrality. The results of the analysis of the centrality variables allowed to identify the main journals where the researchers publish, being these the journals of the UNAM, COLMEX and UAEM.

    On the other hand, it was found that the participation of women in the SNI level III of area V only represents 25%. It can be concluded that most of the researchers publish in journals published in their affiliation centers, which are not within the indexes of high impact journals.
