    Este trabajo versa sobre el proceso de recaudación en la ciudad de Barcelona del fogaje ordenado en las Cortes de Cervera de 1359 y realizado mediante una talla, y trata de reconstruir detalladamente los sistemas institucionales y organizativos de dicha colecta. La fuente principal del trabajo son los registros de la clavaria municipal, puesto que las Cortes ordenaron la destrucción de toda su documentación propia relacionada con el proceso fiscal. El estudio subraya la imbricación entre la hacienda real, la municipal y la de la naciente Deputació del General de Catalunya, prefigurada en las dos comisiones estamentales establecidas por las Cortes para hacer efectivas la organización y la recaudación de la proferta

    This study deals with the collection process in the city of Barcelona of the hearth tax levied by the Courts of Cervera in 1359. This process was carried out by means of a census. Seeking to reconstruct in detail the institutional and organisational systems involved in collecting the tax, this study's main source is the records of the municipal clavaria or tax book, since the Courts ordered the destruction of all their own documentation relating to the tax process. The study underscores the imbrication of the treasuries of the monarchy, of the municipality and of the incipient Deputació del General de Catalunya, later to be known as the Generalitat of Catalonia, prefigured in the two estate-based commissions established by the Courts to carry out the organisation and the collection of the tax.
