    El presente artículo analiza las características del Teletrabajo y particularmente el impacto que esta nueva modalidad laboral produce en tres ambientes específicos: la sociedad, la empresa y la familia del trabajador. Considerando aspectos positivos y negativos de los elementos más destacados, se pretende describir la situación por la que están pasando los trabajadores que involuntariamente y de una manera compulsiva fueron convocados a llevar el trabajo a casa. Seguramente el lector se verá reflejado en este análisis, que no tiene más objetivo que plantear el inicio de una discusión que merece considerarse prioritariamente y desde varias ópticas.

    This article analyzes the characteristics of Home Office, and particularly the impact that this new work modality produces in three specific environments: the society, the company and the worker's family.

    Considering the positive and negative aspects of the most outstanding elements, it is intended to describe the situation that workers are going through who were involuntarily and in a compulsive way called to take their work at home. Surely, the reader will be reflected in this analysis, which has no other objective than to propose the beginning of a discussion that deserves to be considered as a priority and from various perspectives.
