Regeneracion osea guiada tras el tratamiento mediante apicectomia

    En el presente trabajo intentamos mostrar de una manera pormenorizada y a partir de un caso clínico, los pasos a seguir para conseguir el relleno óseo de la cavidad residual tras la realización de un tratamiento mediante apicectomía, utilizando una Técnica de Regeneración Tisular Guiada con el uso de una membrana de polotetrafluoretileno expandido, y utilizando como materiales de relleno de la cavidad, hueso liofilizado en aquellos casos en que el gran tamaño de la cavidad quística y la presencia de un trayecto fistuloso, hagan poco probable su relleno espontáneo.

    In this work the authors want to describe in detail, and starting from a clinical case, the different steps in order to get the osseous filling of the residual cavity after a treatment of apicectomy, with a guided bone regeneration procedure, using an expanded politetrafluoretileno membrane, and making use, as the material for filling the cavity, of lyophilized bone (cortical osseus dehydrated and demineralized) in those cases where the big size of the cystic cavity and the presence of a fistolous path make less probable the spontaneous filling.

    Honako lan honetan, xeheka eta kasu kliniko batetik abiatuz, apizektomia trtamenduaren burutzapenaren osteko hondakin hutsenea betetzea lortzeko pausuak erakutsi nahi ditugu; aipatu apizektomia hori burutzeko, Birsortze Tisular Gulatuzko teknika erabiltzen da, polotetrafluoretileno hedatzko mintza eta huntsunea betetzeko gai gisa hezur liofilizatuaz baliatuz (hots, hezur kortikal deshidratatu eta desmineralizatua), hutsune kistikoaren tamaina handia eta fistula zuina dela eta hura berez betetzea galarazten den kasuetan.
