Nas fronteiras do BIT: como a (não) clareza de conceitos e terminologias digitais podem afetar a autenticidade da informação registrada

    ESUMO A era digital pode ser classificada como uma revolução da comunicação e uma grande transformação informacional em meio à sociedade, onde novos conceitos estão presentes e novas terminologias incorporaramse ao vocabulário já existente no que concerne a descrição de algumas nomenclaturas arquivísticas. Enviar e receber informações em curto prazo e podendo ser acessadas a qualquer momento, é uma das características dos sistemas informatizados de gestão arquivística de documentos. A utilização do meio eletrônico nas instituições públicas e privadas vem crescendo cada vez mais, garantindo a rapidez na localização das informações para fins de auditorias fiscais por parte dos órgãos responsáveis pela mesma, como meio de atestar o cumprimento das suas obrigações legais e financeiras relacionadas ao trabalho dos gestores. Com o boom informacional, nos dias atuais, por não haver uma padronização no que tange algumas nomenclaturas, acaba-se impossibilitando ações que permitem identificar com precisão os elementos informacionais que caracterizam uma realidade arquivistica, pois alguns conceitos, por caírem em desuso, acabam afetando no momento da busca pela informação registrada, fazendo com que a mesma se perca, tornando-se assim, uma busca exaustiva. Para que essas nomenclaturas atreladas às tecnologias criadas dentro de um sistema informatizado não venham a falhar na hora da busca, é necessário manter uma padronização das mesmas. Este estudo apresentou um levantamento sobre algumas terminologias arquivísticas utilizado na descrição dos documentos, suas divergências conceituais quanto à busca da informação registrada, feita através do SIGAD (sistema integrado de gestão arquivística de documentos). Apresentou uma contextualização a respeito da terminologia arquivística, suas origens e seus processos da descrição e da normalização ligadas às tecnologias informacionais. O método de abordagem que utilizamos foi o indutivo, chegando-se a uma conclusão mais ampla, estabelecido pelas premissas nas quais o objeto foi fundamentado, e, também, o método de procedimento histórico, onde nos fez comparar as informações precursoras acompanhando a evolução do objeto pesquisado. O resultado obtido apresentou e analisou os termos coletados conforme a metodologia estabelecida, apontando suas mudanças e características ao longo dos conceitos citados no decorrer no trabalho e considerando que existem divergências entre esses termos no que concerne às questões culturais e geográficas. Para tanto, é necessário estabelecer diretrizes em meio às terminologias digitais para a arquivologia, afim de que possam transmitir um sentido àquilo que se busca, diante do mundo tecnológico evoluído e cada vez mais dinâmico.

    The digital era can be classified as a communication revolution and a big informational transformation among the society, where new concepts are present and new terminologies are incorporated to the existing vocabulary regarding the description of some nomenclatures archisvistic. Sending and receiving informations in a short period of time and can be accessed at time, it is one of the characteristics of computerized system of archives management documents. The usage of electronic tools in public and private institutions has been growing more and more, insuring speed to localize informations with the purposes of fiscal audits by the institutions responsible for them, as way to certify the compliance with its legal and financial obligations related to the managers’ work. With the informational boom, nowadays, because there isn’t a standardization regarding some nomenclatures, makes impossible the actions that let accurately identify the informational elements that characterize the reality of archivist because some concepts, for have become disused, eventually affecting the moment of the search about the recorded information, causing its loss, making it an exhaustive search. For these classifications tied to technologies created within a computer system do not fail at the time of the search, it is necessary to keep a standard. This study presented a content about some of the archivist terminology used in the description of documents, their conceptual differences about the search of recorded information, made by SIGAD (integrated system of archivist management documents). Presented a contextualization about the archisvistic terminology, their origins and processes of description and standardization linked to technological informations. The method of approach that we used was inductive, coming to a conclusion broader set by the assumptions on which the object was based, and al so theme of historical procedure, which made us compare the information accompanying the evolution of the precursor researched object. The results obtained showed and analyzed the terms collected the according to the methodology established by pointing the characteristics and their changes over time and considering that, there are differences between these terms in relation to geographical and cultural issues. The before, it is necessary to establish guide lines between terminologies digital for archivologie, so that, they can transmit a sense of what they search for, face to face to the technological and evolved world and in creasingly dynamic.
