Resumen de Contextualización Filosófica y Etnolingüística de la definición del concepto de Cuidado por la Comunidad Científica Enfermera (C.C.E.) a través de sus obras fundamentales en España

  Introducción: En el ámbito del debate internalista, la reflexión sobre la naturaleza, los límites y la validez de lo que la C.C.E. ha hecho respecto al Cuidado en tanto objeto conceptual, constituye un requerimiento inaplazable, toda vez que la falta de acuerdo en lo fundamental se perfila como cuestión indefectible a resolver en el camino de consolidación paradigmática. Esta investigación tiene como objeto servir de planteamiento general sobre la situación, proponiendo un nexo entre Filosofía de la Ciencia y Filosofía del Lenguaje, participando, en la heurística teórica, de las premisas onto-epistemo-semánticas de Moulines, los términos de Referencia y Sentido de Frege y la Teoría General de la Definición. Hipótesis de trabajo: "La C.C.E. hace un uso restringido del concepto de Cuidado evidenciado por su referencia-c". Metodología: Investigación Cualitativa. Triangulación entre Análisis de Discurso, de Contenido y Subjetividad del Autor en las obras de Fundamentos de Enfermería desde 1977 hasta 2003. Resultados: Tras el análisis del uso gramatical del concepto de Cuidado, el tipo general de definición empleada y sus referencias, así como el marco teórico de partida, llegamos a confirmar casi unánimemente la hipótesis en cada una de las variables estudiadas. Conclusión: No existe en la C.C.E. un planteamiento epistémico, semántico y ontológico en el origen a las respuestas sobre la resolución al problema del Cuidado como fenómeno observable, evidenciado por el uso conceptual que dicha comunidad hace en sus obras fundamentales

  Introduction: There is not agreement in the "Comunidad Científica Enfermera (CCE)" (note 1) about the concept of Care as the disciplinary study object. In fact, it´s necessary a theoretical and a philosophical review about what the CCE has answered about the nature, the conceptual limits and the validity of the concept of Care to be right about the paradigmatic consolidation way. The main objective of this investigation is to establish a general outline of the situation, through the creation of a link between the Philosophy of Science and the Philosophy of the Language. The ontological, epistemological and semantics premises from Ulises Moulines about the nature of theoretical concepts, the "Reference" and "Sense" terms from Frege and the General Theory of the Definition are the principles from which we have begun the analysis in this study. Hypothesis: "The CCE makes a restricted use of the concept of Care verified by its reference - c". Methodology: Qualitative Investigation. We have crossed the results we have obtained in an Analysis of Speech with the Analysis of Content and the Subjectivity of the Author in the "Fundamental Nursing" books from 1977 to 2003. Results: After the analysis of the grammatical use of the concept of Care, the general type of definition used and its references, and also the theoretical frame from which we start, we accept the hypothesis of the study for each one of the variables of the study. Conclusion: There isn´t an epistemic, semantic and ontological planning in the origin of the answers given by the CCE for the resolution to the problem of the concept of Care as an observable nursing phenomenon, and this has been verified by the conceptual use which this community has done in his main scientific production
