  Estar motivado es uno de los elementos más importantes a la hora de práctica un deporte, por ello conocer los motivos que llevan a los jóvenes a jugar al fútbol ayudará a crear programas adecuados a sus motivaciones. La muestra está compuesta por 117 jugadores juveniles. Se les administró el Cuestionario de Motivos de Participación Deportiva. Los factores más valorados son amistad y autosuperación. Por lo tanto, lo que más motiva a los jugadores juveniles se asocia a la motivación extrínseca.

  To be motivated is one of the most important elements when practicing a sport, so knowing the reasons that lead young people to play football will help to create programmes that are appropriate to their motivations.
