    A newly discovered manuscript, Freiburg Universitätsbibliothek Hs 1450, contains Llull’s Tractatus novus de astronomia, along with the third chapter of Ivo Salzinger’s Revelatio secretorum artis and the first book of the pseudo-Lullian Liber de secretis naturae seu de quinta essentia. A detailed examination shows its link to some already known manuscripts which handed down a heavily reworked version of the Tractatus, as well as suggesting that it may have been written in the milieu of the Mallorcan disciples of Salzinger.

    Il manoscritto Freiburg Universitätsbibliothek Hs 1450, recentemente venuto alla luce, tramanda il Tractatus novus de astronomia di Llull insieme al terzo capitolo della Revelatio secretorum artis di Ivo Salzinger e al primo libro dello pseudolulliano Liber de secretis naturae seu de quinta essentia. Un’analisi dettagliata lo collega ad altri testimoni che tramandano una redazione fortemente rimaneggiata del Tractatus, e suggerisce che possa essere stato redatto nell’ambiente degli allievi maiorchini di Salzinger.
