Aproximación teórica a los factores determinantes de las enfermedades zoonóticas en la actualidad

    Se presentan los resultados de la indagación y análisis teórico de artículos sobre las causas influyentes en las enfermedades zoonóticas y su evolución, realizada en revistas científicas de las bases de datos SCIENCE DIRECT, SCOPUS, GOOGLE SCHOLAR y LILACS en las que se tienen como referente común el proceso salud-enfermedad asociados a las zoonosis y sus determinantes, buscando señalar los factores que intervienen en la génesis de las mismas, haciendo referencia a la importancia de elementos culturales, religiosos, ambientales y sociales bajo el enfoque epidemiológico crítico, con la intensión de identificar los factores asociados a la presentación de dichas enfermedades y la importancia de entenderlas, analizarlas y afrontarlas como un problema complejo en virtud de su multicausalidad, para plantear acciones que permitan reducir los elementos identificados en los posibles campos de acción y proponer estrategias de prevención haciendo énfasis en las características del lugar de presentación.

    They present the results of the investigation and theoretical analysis of articles about the influential reasons in the diseases zoonóticas and his evolution realized in scientific magazines of the databases SCIENCE DIRECT, SCOPUS, GOOGLE SCHOLAR and LILACS in which the process is had as common modal health - disease associated with the zoonosis and his determinants, seeking to indicate the factors that intervene in the genesis of the same ones, referring to the importance of cultural, religious, environmental and social elements under the epidemiological critical approach, with the intenseness of identifying the factors associated with the presentation of the above mentioned diseases and the importance of understanding them, to analyze them and to confront them as a complex problem by virtue of his multicausality, to raise actions that allow to reduce the elements identified in the possible fields of action and to propose strategies of prevention doing emphasis in the characteristics of the place of presentation.
