    La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la relación con el CEO y su impacto con la habilidad para aportar en la visión estratégica. Se analizó esta relación mediante una óptica cuantitativa, lo que faculto la recolección de información a través de un cuestionario. Después se emplea la prueba estadística chi cuadrado con el fin de medir el enlace entre las variables de estudio. Como desenlace se pudo extraer que la relación con el CEO impacta negativamente con la Habilidad para aportar en la visión estratégica.

    Altough previous studies revealed the importance of coporate governance. The porpuse of this study is analyze the relationship with the CEO and its impact with the ability to contribute to the strategic vision. We apply a nonparametric analysis between the study variables. Data was collected from 320 Ecuadorian directors and the results show that the relationship with the CEO impacts negatively with the ability to contribute to the strategic vision.
