    Nel 2015 IAPh Italia propone d’uscir dai luoghi accademici e muoversi in piazza, per strada, entrare in case e librerie. Il fine è non chiudere la riflessione filosofica femminile nell’àmbito degli addetti ai lavori. Ma s’aprono domande profonde: l’Accademia è un ambiente elitario o una moderna Repubblica delle Lettere? E come luogo di produzione culturale del potere patriarcale, che fare rispetto a essa? Entrarvi per mutarla da dentro o rifiutarla per costruire alternative? L’articolo è un primo approccio al problema.

    In 2015, the Italian branch of the International Association of Women Philosophers launches an overwhelming proposal: to leave the academic places and move to the squares, to the streets, to enter homes and bookstores. The aim is not to close the philosophical reflection of women in the context of insiders. But deep questions arise: is the Academy an elitist environment or a modern Republic of Letters? And as a place of cultural production of patriarchal power, what to do with respect to it? Enter it to change it from inside, or refuse it to build alternatives? My contribution is a first approach to the problem
