This chapter reviews recent advances in modelling and predicting some transport properties of dense fluids. We summarize the recent developments for transport in supercooled liquids, focussing on links between structural relaxation and viscosity and decoupling between viscosity and diffusion/mobility. Building on theoretical advances in the supercooled state, we illustrate how density-temperature scaling can be used to correlate and predict viscosity and diffusion coefficients of dense fluids. We complete the chapter by reviewing recent advances in thermal diffusion.
