Even at low sound pressure levels the noise and the vibrations can provoke sleep disturbances in some human beings. The noise comes from diverse sources of noise, since the noise produced by human being in daily life activities, passing through noise emitted for transport infrastructures (road, railways and aircraft) the noise produced by industries among others. So is very important that, when planning the land use mainly specially if it involves the projects of new infrastructures of transport, take into account the number potential of persons affected by the more than expected increase of noise levels.
