    En los últimos meses, a través de la estrategia del hashtagen redessociales,diversos ámbitos de la educación y cultura uruguaya fueron denunciados como escenarios de acoso y abusosexual. De este modo, las denuncias fueron tramitadasforma no oficial. En este artículo se busca analizar desde una perspectiva jurídica crítica feminista la estrategia del hashtag como una de las técnicas empleadas por los feminismos para visibilizar las diversas dimensiones de la violencia machista ante la ausencia de estructuras e instituciones que den respuesta a los problemas específicos de las mujeres y sujetos feminizados. A estos efectos, se analizará si el hashtag como estrategia es equiparable a los escraches, y en todo caso, cuáles son las diferencias entre sí. En el pequeño país, la marea feminista dejó fuertes debates afuera pero también a la interna del movimiento feminista uruguayo, así como desnudó las consecuencias que esta estrategia tiene para las denunciantes.

    Recently, through the hashtag strategy on social networks, various areas of Uruguayan education and culture have been denounced as scenes of sexual harassment and abuse. Thus, the complaints were processed unofficially. This article seeks to analyze from a feminist critical legal perspective the hashtag strategy as one of the techniques used by feminisms to make visible the various dimensions of sexist violence in the absence of structures and institutions that respond to the specificproblems of womenand feminized subjects. For these purposes, it will be analyzed if the hashtag as a strategy is comparable to the “escraches” (a word from the slang that the group H.I.J.O.S.) took as its own for a mode of direct activism against those responsible for human rights violations of the last Argentine dictatorship)and in any case, what are the differences between them. In the small country, the feminist tide left strong debates outside but also within the Uruguayan feminist movement, as well as exposed the consequences that this strategy has for the complainants.
