    La Ley de Educación Sexual Integral (ESI) ha transitado desde su debate hasta su promulgación por diferentes nudos conflictivos, que expresan y nos permiten analizar el tejido social desde una perspectiva que involucra la compleja relación Estado-sociedad. El presente artículo se propone reflexionar sobre la(s) interpelación(es) a esta normativa que realizan las nuevas generaciones, focalizándonos en les estudiantes. Para ello, abordaremoslas disputas políticas que ha generadola Ley en el espacio público. Eneste sentido, identificaremos el relevo generacional de los feminismos en el contexto actual en América Latina para analizar cómo en Argentina comienza a incorporarse la subjetividad estudiantil-joven a partir de la ESI.Buscaremos reflexionar en torno a los conflictos, tensiones y contradicciones de la ley en los diferentes contextos. Particularmente, nos centraremos en los discursos políticos de la normativa durante el debate legislativo en 2006, la propuesta de reformaen torno a su obligatoriedad en 2018, y en los discursos feministas de las movilizaciones del 8M de “Ni Una Menos”

    The Sexual Integral Education Law (ESI) has gone from its debate to its promulgation through different conflictive nodes, which express and allow us to analyze the social fabric from a perspective that involves the complex State-society relationship. This article proposesto reflect on the challenge(s) to this regulation made by the new generations, focusing on students. To do this, we will addressthe political disputes that the Law has generated in the public space.In this sense, we will identify the generational change of feminisms in the current context in Latin America to analyze how in Argentina the student-youth subjectivity begins to be incorporated from the ESI. We will seek to reflect on the conflicts, tensions and contradictions of the law in different contexts. In particular, we will focus on the political speeches of the regulation during the legislative debate in 2006, the reform proposal regarding its obligatory nature in 2018, and on the feminist speeches of the 8M mobilizations of “Ni Una Menos”.
