    Se describe la trayectoria de la Especialización en Educación para el uso creativo de la televisión, programa del área de Comunicación Social de la Facultad de Humanidades y Educación de la Universidad Central de Venezuela. Dicho espacio docente sirve para poner en práctica los hallazgos de la línea de investigación “Educación, Comunicación y Medios”, adscrita al (ININCO). A su vez, es una de las experiencias de formación en educación superior de mayor impacto en el contexto venezolano, no sólo por su trayectoria, sino por la calidad de la producción académica que ahí se genera.

    The article describes the trajectory of the Specialization in Education for the creative use of television, a program of the Social Communication area of the Faculty of Humanities and Education of the Central University of Venezuela. This teaching space serves to put into practice the findings of the “Education, Communication and Media” research line, attached to (ININCO). At the same time, it is one of the training experiences in higher education with the greatest impact in the Venezuelan context, not only because of its trajectory, but also because of the quality of the academic production generated there.
