Resumen de Variaciones en la concentración de nutrientes en la bahía de Plencia durante la transición invierno-primavera

  Se han realizado un total de dieciseis muestreos entre febrero y junio de 1985, a fin de determinar las variaciones temporales en la concentración de nutrientes en la Bahía de Plencia.

  El silicato, fosfato, nitrato y nitrito presentan concentraciones más altas en superficie, evidenciando esto su origen fluvial. Los tres primeros decrecen al acercarse el verano, mientras el nitrito aumenta de concentración, posiblemente como consecuencia de una mayor actividad biológica.

  La concentración de nutrientes no parece limitar el crecimiento de las poblaciones, y tampoco conlleva una gran eutrofia del sistema.

  Sixteen sampling trips been carried out from february to ju ne 1985, in order to determine the temporary variations in nutrient concentration in Plencia Bay.

  Results have shown that silicate, phosphate, nitrate and nitrite had higher concentrations in the upper layer of the water column, due to the river runoff.

  The first three of them decreased in concentration with time, while nitrite rised up to their highest values, possibly by effect of a greater biological activity.

  Nutrient concentrations did not carry the system to a great degree of eutrophication, and seems not to limite the growth of phytoplankton.

  1985eko Otsailatik Ekainara hamasei laginketa burutu ziren elikagaien kontzentrazioaren denborarekiko aldaketak baha ahal izateko.

  Silikato, fosfato, nitrato, eta nitritoak konzentrazio altuagoa azaldu zuten ur azalean, berauen jatorria flubiala bait zen. Lehenego hiruen kontzentrazioa udara hurbiltzean urruti egin zen, baina nitritoarenak gehipen nabaria pairatu zuen, kausa, agian, aktibitate biologiko handiagoa zela.

  Elikagaien kontzentrazioa, sistemaren eutrofia handia erakarri ez bazuen ere, ez zen populazioen ugalkuntza mugatzekoa adinakoa izan.
