    Nuestra conexión con el mundo natural parece cada vez más urgente. Si alguna vez nuestro impacto colectivo en el medio ambiente estuvo en duda, el lockdown global de inicio del siglo XXI ha confirmado la urgencia de volver al tema ecológico y encontrar soluciones eficaces en cara al futuro. En el ámbito cultural y artístico se han desarrollado discusiones abiertas a partir de temas ambientales y proyectos ecológicos y sostenibles. Hasta la museología ha respondido a la necesidad de encontrar soluciones, ampliando sus análisis hacia el pensamiento filosófico y culturaI más comprometido con la sostenibitidad, con el fin de regular sus actividades educativas, sociales y ecológicas. Desde esta perspectiva, el museo debe afrontar diversas realidades culturales y ecológicas, cuestionando sus propios valores de “confianza” y “legitimidad”, pero tambíén cuestionando su rol como institución educativa a favor de una “ecología afectiva”.

    Our connection to the natural world seems increasingly urgent. If ever our collective impact on the environment was in doubt, the global lockdown at the beginning of the 21st century has confirmed the urgency to return to the ecological issue and find effective solutions for the future. In the cultural and artistic field, open discussions have been developed on environmental issues and ecological and sustainable projects. Even museology has responded to the need to find solutions, expanding its analyses towards the philosophical and cultural thought more committed to sustainability, in order to regulate its educational, social and ecological activities. From this perspective, the museum must face diverse cultural and ecological realities, questioning its own values of “trust” and “legitimacy”, but also questioning its role as an educational institution in favour of an “affective ecology”.
