Resumen de The Use of Innovative Techniques and Media in Industrial Training

Alexander J. Romiszowski, P. Ellis

  • Based on a survey carried out during 1973, the authors discuss the use and development of various instructional techniques and media in industry. It seems that the instructional situations occurring in industry are primarily of the “traditional classroom or small group instruction, enriched with A/V aids” type rather constituting “integrated multi‐media systems.” Versatility emerges as an important factor in determining the acceptance of any method of instruction by industrial trainers. Possible future developments and trends in the use of the techniques and media are considered.
