Resumen de Periodo 2021-2027 post Covid (nuevo pacto verde, "next generation EU" y la nueva PAC): ¿hacia una "nueva ruralidad" en Europa y en España?

  Hoy más que nunca en España ha de tenerse en cuenta que el impulso económico en las zonas rurales puede ser un motor para la recuperación de todo el territorio a la vez que reforzamos un escudo ante el Cambio Climático y ante pandemias. No obstante, no se ha aplicado hasta la fecha una política rural integral. Este es el verdadero desafío al que nos enfrentamos a la hora de afrontar la ordenación del mundo rural. En estos momentos se están elaborando los tres instrumentos que inciden sobre el ámbito rural que van a marcar el periodo 2021-20217: el Nuevo Pacto Verde, la nueva PAC y Next Generation EU. En este trabajo se realiza un estudio de estos instrumentos y se analiza si pueden servir de palanca para el impulso económico de las zonas rurales con el fin de que puedan proporcionar a la sociedad su importante multifuncionalidad.

  Now more than ever in Spain, it must be taken into account that the eCOEIOmic boost in rural areas can be an engine for the recovery of the entire terfitory at the same time that we reinforce a shield against Climate Change and pandemics. However, no comprehensive rural policy has been implemented to date. This is the real challenge we face when tackling the management of the rural world, CUrrently, the three instruments that affect rural areas that will mark the period 2021-2027 are being developed: the New Green Deal, the new CAP and the Next Generation ECT. In this work, a study of these instruments is carried out and it is analyzed whether they can serve as a lever for the economic impulse of rural areas so that they can provide society with its important multifunctionality.
