    Los conceptos jurídicos indeterminados son palabras o conjuntos de palabras presentes en los ordenamientos jurídicos, especialmente en los que nacen en la modernidad. Este artículo trata de descubrirlos en el ámbito del Derecho Canónico, donde aún se encuentran sin estudiar. Se tratará de responder a las siguientes cuestiones: Qué se entiende por conceptos jurídicos indeterminados y cuáles son sus características, cuáles han sido interpretaciones erróneas a las que han sido sometidos, cómo aplicarlos. Finalmente, el artículo presentará una praxis de algunos de estos conceptos.

    Indeterminate legal concepts are words or sets of words present in legal systems, especially those born in modern times. This article researches this concept in the field of Canon Law, where investigation is neglected. The article will attempt to answer questions such as: what is understood by indeterminate legal concepts and what are their characteristics? What erroneous interpretations have they been subjected to? And, how to apply them? Finally, the article will present a praxis of some of these concepts.
