    Este texto tem como objetivo analisar como as inovações tecnológicas influenciam os mais diversos institutos do Direito Administrativo e impõem novas soluções normativas e teóricas. Ao longo deste trabalho, há uma abordagem focada em três tópicos específicos, em que a inovação tecnológica exerce (e exercerá) forte influência: poder de polícia, regime jurídico dos agentes públicos e controle da Administração Pública.

    This paper aims to investigate how technological innovations influence the most diverse institutes of Administrative Law and impose new normative and theoretical solutions. Throughout this work, there is an approach focused on three specific topics in which technological innovation exerts (and will exert) a strong influence: police power, regime of public agents and control of the Administration.
